Warranty

Most Warranties are One Year or a number of prints. Warranty covers parts, Labor and Travel. Toner is not included however OEM toner is in stock and available for purchase. At the end of the warranty options are available.  Service Call PPV (Pay Per Visit) or a Service Contract.

Service PPV

A Service Call is $110. There are no travel charge in League City. $25 travel charge may apply outside League City. The cost of parts and supplies needed will be quoted at no charge for Customer approval. 

Service Contracts

Service Contracts on your business printer are offered Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly. A Service Contract price is based the number of color prints and the number of black and white prints multiplied by an agreed rate. Service Contracts cover Parts, Supplies, Travel, and Labor. Most Service Contracts also cover Toner. Scanning or sending a fax is free. A Service Contract covers all but paper and IT (Network Administration). 

Rate Factors

A Service Contract's base rate assumes 8.5x11paper size, 22#  paper weight, with 5% of the page be saturated with each color of toner. This would be a standard text document with a color logo or a small amount of color graphics. A contract payment covers an agreed upon number of prints. More than the agreed upon number of prints will be billable at the agreed overage rate.

Rate Adjustment

Rates my be increased due to larger than 8.5x11 paper, (11 x17 LGR), thicker than 22# paper, ( card stock ), more than 5% ink saturation, (photos), excessive labels, (jamming), Dusty environment (Warehouse, Construction Site), or working outside of the machines factory specifications. (printing  pizza boxes).

Rates may be decreased by an increase in print volume. 

Service Contract Example Including OEM Toner

$260 for six months

6,000 B&W prints with overage billed at 1.6 cents per print

4,500 Color prints with overage billed at 4.8 cents per print

$350 for six months

9,000 B&W prints with overage billed at 1.5 cents per print

6,000 Color prints with overage billed at 4.5 cents per print
